From Initial Consultation to Celebration

Our wedding process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and carefully paced. From the first conversation to the final installation, each step is handled with attention to detail and respect for the significance of the occasion.

Initial Inquiry

Wedding inquiries begin with a request submitted through our inquiry form. This allows us to understand the date, location, scale, and general vision for your wedding.

Design Direction

Following the initial conversation, we develop a design direction tailored to your wedding. This may include considerations around color palette, seasonal flowers, form, and overall aesthetic in relation to the venue and setting.

Design concepts are shaped collaboratively and refined as details come together.

Proposal & Booking

Once the design direction and scope are established, a detailed proposal is provided outlining floral elements, estimated investment, and logistics.

A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure the date.

Final Details & Execution

As the wedding date approaches, final details are confirmed and designs are adjusted as needed. On the event day, Lunavara oversees the preparation, delivery, installation, and styling of all floral elements to ensure a seamless execution.
