Initial Inquiry

Event inquiries begin with a request submitted through our inquiry form. This allows us to understand the date, location, type of event, scale, and overall vision.

Whether you are planning a family celebration, a corporate event, or curated floral gifting, this first step helps us determine availability and alignment.

Design Direction

Following the initial conversation, we develop a design direction tailored to your event. This may include considerations such as color palette, seasonal flowers, form, brand alignment (for corporate events), and the overall mood of the space.

Design concepts are shaped collaboratively and refined as details come together.

Proposal & Booking

Once the design direction and scope are established, a detailed proposal is provided outlining floral elements, estimated investment, and logistics.

A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure the date or delivery window.

Final Details & Execution

As the event date approaches, final details are confirmed and designs are adjusted as needed. Depending on the scope, Lunavara oversees preparation, delivery, installation, and styling of all floral elements to ensure a seamless and polished execution.

For floral gifting, arrangements are prepared with the same level of care and intention, ensuring they arrive beautifully presented and thoughtfully composed.
